FIFTH, having a will gives you Peace of Mind. I remember a young couple coming into my office. An upcoming vacation would be the first time the couple would travel together without their young daughters. If something ever happened to them, they knew who they wanted to be the guardian of their children. Without a will, they knew the uncertainty their children would face.
